1 and ½ cups of blanched almond flour

1 cup of milk (use a little more or less to achieve your preferred batter consistency)

3 organic eggs


Your favorite flavoring such as: nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.


  1. Get a bowl and add in all the ingredients. Mix them together using a hand blender until the batter is thoroughly combined and the consistency is pourable.
  2. Put a large pan or griddle over low-medium heat. Add a teaspoon of butter and allow it to melt. Let the melted butter roll around the pan to grease it.
  3. Pour some of the batter into the pan depending on how big you want the pancake to be. Let it cook for around two to three minutes on each side. You would know it is time to flip when the surface is beginning to bubble and the sides are beginning to turn a golden brown color.
  4. Cook the rest of the batter.

Grilled Garlic Tilapia And Couscous


2 tbsp fresh lemon juice, plus wedges for serving

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, chopped

Kosher salt and black pepper

4 6-ounce tilapia fillets, split lengthwise

1 cup couscous

1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

2 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes


  • In a medium bowl, combine the lemon juice, oil, garlic, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper.
  • Add the tilapia and toss to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the couscous according to the package directions. Remove from heat and stir in the parsley and sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Heat grill to high.

Sweet Potato Gnocchi


For Gnocchi:

1 medium sweet potato

¼ silken tofu

1 ½ cup all-purpose flour and extra for shaping

½ tsp salt

For Sauce:

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 cup sliced cooking onions

2 tsp chopped fresh thyme

1 bunch green kale

¼ cup dried currants

1 tsp finely grated lemon zest

1 lemon juice

Salt and pepper


For making Gnocchi:

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Prick the whole sweet potato with a fork and bake until tender, about an hour.
  • Cool completely before making the gnocchi.
  • Peel the sweet potato and puree it in a food processor with the silken tofu until smooth.
  • Scoop the mixture into a bowl and stir in the flour and salt. Once the dough just comes together, turn it out onto a well-floured surface and bring it together.
  • You may have to add a little more flour to achieve the proper consistency.
  • The dough should hold together and not stick to well-floured hands. Divide the dough into pieces and roll it out into a rope about an inch in diameter.
  • Cut gnocchi into 1-inch pieces, and place on a floured baking tray. Chill the gnocchi for 15 minutes.
  • To cook the gnocchi bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add the gnocchi and boil for 2 to 3 minutes, until they float to the top of the water. Drain well.
  • The gnocchi can be prepared up to this stage a day ahead and stored refrigerated.

Musterd oil – ½ kg

Tomato – 2 big size

Garlic – 7-8 pieces

Ginger paste – 2 tablespoon


  1. Cut the fish in medium size and wash it properly.
  2. Keep it in a bowl and pour two caps vinegar over the fish.
  3. Add half teaspoonful turmeric powder,
  4. Now sprinkle half teaspoonful salt.
  5. Add put 4 table spoonful curd to the fish,
  6. Than mix it properly and keep it in the fridge for half an hour to marinate.
  7. Now switch on the gas and keep a vessel to heat.
  8. Put Musterd Oil in the vessel
  9. Add a bowl of chopped onions to the vessel and let it fry.
  10. Put 1 teaspoonful sugar,
  11. Let it be fried until the onionsaE™ colors turn light brown.
  12. Now add 2 teaspoonful of red chilly powder,
  13. And 2 pieces of chopped tomatoes.
  14. Now put 1 and half teaspoonful of garlic paste over the fried onions.
  15. Add 1 and ½ teaspoon of ginger paste.
  16. Half teaspoonful black paper should be added to the vessel.
  17. Now put 1 teaspoonful cumin powder
  18. Now put 1 and ½ teaspoonful of Coriander powder.
  19. Now let it fry, until the spicy aroma comes out
  20. Gradually keep the fish over the masala
  21. Now the pieces of the fish shall be turned over so it can become properly cooked
  22. NOW put half cup Luke warm water over the fish
  23. Now cover the vessels of fish and put Luke warm water over it
  24. Now allow it to cook for 5 minutes in steam flame
  25. Now garnish it with Coriander leaves
  26. 4 or 5 slice chilly pieces
  27. Garam Masala
  28. And Ghee
  29. Fresh Cream 2 table spoon full
  30. Now serve it with hot steam rice
  31. With spicy green chilli sauces and lemon.
